Security Training

Our Security Training program prepares employees to recognize potential threats, respond appropriately to emergencies, and contribute to a safer workplace. Drawing on 24 years of federal law enforcement experience, we provide practical, scenario-based instruction designed around real workplace situations and the specific needs of each organization. Training is structured to help employees understand their individual responsibilities, make informed decisions under pressure, communicate concerns effectively, and follow established procedures when an incident occurs.

We offer two distinct training options: Emergency Response Training, which focuses on the actions employees should take when an incident occurs, and Workplace Security Awareness, which focuses on recognizing warning signs, identifying potential concerns, and reporting them appropriately before they escalate. Emergency Response Training may address situations such as fires, medical emergencies, intrusions, evacuations, shelter-in-place procedures, and emergency communications. Workplace Security Awareness may include situational awareness, suspicious or concerning behavior, access-related concerns, workplace security risks, and appropriate reporting procedures.

Organizations may select the option that best aligns with their needs, priorities, and workplace environment. Training can also be tailored to address specific concerns, employee roles, facility layouts, existing emergency plans, and organizational policies. Our goal is to provide practical guidance that employees can understand, remember, and apply when it matters most.
